Prizes

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the counties of Allegheny and Washington, the state of Pennsylvania, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry only.

Entry Requirements

To enter the giveaway, eligible participants must submit a raffle ticket at Cozy Nail Spa, 465 Valley Brook Rd, McMurray, PA 15317. Only one entry per person is allowed per visit. For free entry, only one entry per person is allowed.

Entries must be received by 11:59 AM EST on December 31, 2024.

Prize

The prize is an iPhone 16 Pro Desert Titanium 128GB without AppleCare+ coverage.
The approximate retail value (ARV) of the phone is $999.
The winner is responsible for all taxes, and other fees associated with the iPhone.
A 1099-MISC form will be issued to the winner for the phone’s ARV.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received by the deadline.
The winner will be announced on January 01, 2025.

Winner Notification and Acceptance

The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the entry process within 72 hours of the drawing.

The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The winner will be required to provide proof of Pennsylvania residency and valid identification to claim the prize.

The winner must take delivery of the phone at a location designated by Cozy Nail Spa in Pennsylvania.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Cozy Nail Spa to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Cozy Nail Spa reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Cozy Nail Spa’s control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
Cozy Nail Spa’s decisions on all matters related to the giveaway are final and binding.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cozy Nail Spa and its employees, affiliates, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. All disputes arising out of or connected with this giveaway will be resolved individually and exclusively by the appropriate court in Pennsylvania.

Privacy

Any personal information collected during the course of the giveaway will be used in accordance with Cozy Nail Spa’s privacy policy.
